home depot gift card winner + coming this week

For as long as I can remember, the Seahawks have been my team.

We hosted a party this morning {flapjacks & football for us west coast viewers} to cheer on our Seahawks.

Did you watch? It was a terrible first and second quarter. Then we came back.

it. was. intense.

Then the falcons came back and kicked that field goal to win the game. So sad.

I will love my hawks forever and cheer even louder when next season starts.

Well…. being from Georgia I am a Falcons fan. That was THE most intense game!! Your photograph says it all. And with the little dribble of the kick at the end, I thought perhaps the Seahawks were going to have a chance to pull it out. I am sorry someone had to lose, but I am thrilled that the Falcons are finally able to do what they haven’t been able to do for a very looooong time. It was exciting to say the least!

We went to church and recorded the game on DVR. I SO thought they had made the comeback of a lifetime. So close! Your party looks so festive with the Seahawk colors and all. Here is to next year!

My Packers lost this weekend too… I was cheering for your Seahawks though since they have the former UW Badgers quarterback. Rough weekend for football all around. It’ll just give us something to look forward to this fall :-)

A great game! We’ve been Seahawks fans forever too. I wore my blue and green too, and my husband wore his decades- old Seahawks athletic pants. We did cheer for Jacquizz Rodgers on the Falcons (always cheer for OSU players in the NFL!).
