I am most excited about learning how to inspire people through the business I want to start. I stay at home with my two lovely children, but I really feel like starting a business at home is exactly what I need to channel creative ideas without forsaking one of the highest callings I have been given at this moment- loving my children in the environment of our home. As a former elementary school teacher, I yearn to reach out to others without forsaking the opportunity to answer the call of staying home. Starting a business seems like the ideal way to incorporate two loves that God’s given me- my love for my family and my love for people. I’m very excited about the opportunities that are going to happen for my life through the business I feel led to start.

I would LOVE to “be inspired” by taking your workshop! Hopefully that would cause me to “be motivated” to get my idea up and running. I have been dabbling in the “business” for a little over three years now and I cannot seem to get motivated/off my behind/out of my comfort zone to take it to the next level. I “think” I know what needs to be done but it is so overwhelming it is easier for me to just keep plugging along as status quo doing a few things here and there. But I am tired of everyone asking me “when are you going to have a website?” or “do you know what you could sale if you had a website?”
…..Easier said than done I like to say! Thanks for the opportunity to “win” a scholarship!

Wow, such a generous offer. I am truly excited about the “Be Inspire” Workshop. All of the information and assistance that you both will provide is such a blessing to those us whom are starting out as well as those whom need some pointers in various areas. There is not a specific area that I am more excited about than others. I am excited about the entire workshop and what the workshop has to offer.
I signed up as an early bird registrant and realized today that I am unable to participate (very tight budget). We are a military family with a single income whom just relocated to another state. My husband has been medically retired after 12 1/2 years from the military as of the end of this month. We are now a family of eight with four children in school and two still at home (we just received custody of three of our nephews before relocating in July).
I want to thank you both for your generosity in offering a scholarship to one of us whom are unable to afford the workshop at this time. God bless you in your future endeavors.

Like so many have stated , money is tight and we’re all trying to use our creativity to become “virtuous” women for our families. Emily,thanks for offering a chance at a scholarship, just reading the entries have been humbling & encouraging at the same time. Setting up shop is probably the area that I’m looking forward to the most. I pray God’s blessing on all who endeavor to good for their families and for their Heavenly Father. God Bless!

I would LOVE the opportunity to take your workshop. All of your offerings are geared toward teaching us how to make the most of our small business ideas, and it is filled with stuff I am just dying to know about. I have the “what,” just not all of the “how.”
Your workshop would be a blessing to our family and to my dreams. Our family has had to be resourceful, and yet we continue to see God provide. I have hopes of starting an online design business, and I even have a business plan. Yes, I have a grand dream of what I envision my future business to hold. But I struggle in the area of “what to do next.” I often remind myself, that you have to tend the earth if you want a rose, but first you need the know-how. Your workshop offers this. With online businesses getting more and more competitive, the training that you offer could help set my business apart and get me started on the right foot.
I also long to contribute to our family and to put my talents to use, to the glory of God and the benefit of our home.
