’tis the season for eggnog and holiday cards. Love it.
As I mentioned last week, I am not doing Christmas cards this year. Well, that is not entirely true. I am doing a few custom jobs for my regular clients, but with blogging, designing for JDC | monthly and filling orders from the shop, I had to let something go. Plus, have you seen how many amazing holiday card designs available this year? So many really great choices. There are some talented designers out there.
So here are a few of my favorites as well as the shops they come from. Click around {the images will take you to the source}, get inspired and I hope you’ll find a style and price point that is just perfect for your holiday cards this year.

Paper Source has a 25% off sale on all of their holiday cards through Nov. 15th. They have great options to choose from and I love their colored envelopes.
I get lost at Tiny Prints for hours. It was hard showing only a few of their fabulous designs.
And my friend Rae is now offering her darling designs as photoshop templates. Just drop your photo into the template and you can print the cards on your own. Enter JONESING to receive 20% off!
I hope this helps get you started. We successfully had our family photos taken last weekend and I’m going to have such a hard time deciding which card to choose this year! Have fun perusing:
I love all of these!!! And colored envelopes are important :) People know right away that it’s “fun mail”
Love “Oh What A Year it’s Been” can’t find at tinyprints. I’m with Amanda, Andrea & Jessie.

Hello from Australia Emily,
I have now set my alarm 30 minutes earlier, so I can enjoy your Blog WITHOUT family? :) I am sure you and many others believe me, because you have such exceptional talent.
Congratulations- you must be very proud!
(I just wish I had the same motivation to rise for an early morning run).
I spent the day absolutely devastated by your “he calls me Mum” blog. My oldest daughter, who I was dressing in size 000 pink singlets just a few months ago – it seems – has one more examination to complete for her university entrance. When I took her to obtain her drivers license, I asked the examiner if he was sure he wanted to allocate her one as she had JUST learnt to tie her shoe laces… much to her horror !!! (She actually mastered that skill at 5 – which again seems only a few months ago). I certainly do not feel any older :)
So I suggest you push that tooth back into his gum, fill his mouth with a dummy and he wont be able to speak, let alone call you Mum!
In all seriousness, the past few months have been life changing as I have stood beside my daughter and assisted her navigate through her final examinations, and watch her grow from a school student into a semi – independent young lady.Whilst part of my heart pains with those beautiful memories of her younger years, the remainder of my heart is so very proud and full of wonder in anticipation of her future.
Your photographs appear to show your followers the exact same pattern occurring.
Enjoy this magnificent journey.
Anyways….
I love, love the ‘-tiny prints- oh what a year its been… happy 2012, with stamps Jan – Dec’ and I cannot find the link anywhere :( Would you please be kind enough to help?
Thank you so much,
Amanda, the dog and 1 x 14 year old who has now joined me…wait… mmmhmmm.. and a 17 year old xx
I love that Tiny Prints “Oh what a year!” card, but I can’t find it on their site. Could you share a direct link, pretty please? :) Thanks Emily!
I also can’t find it! I love it because I may not be able to get a cute photo of us or the kids squeezed in, but I can find one photo a month – neat idea. I would also appreciate a little help finding it. Thanks!
I love all of these! If I didn’t send a 100+ cards, I would so use one of these fab sites <3
Would you consider doing some (Christmas card) designs for the shop that we could purchase such as your other designs-where we could attach our photo and personalize?
I love to make my own cards also. But with just having my third shoulder surgery for the year it’s not going to happen. I just ordered ours and can’t wait to get them. There are so many great choices out there.
creating Christmas cards is my favorite holiday task! so many great options. I have an idea up my sleeve for this year’s card. Can’t wait to see your’s.
Lovely recommendations – thank you!
Choosing our Christmas Card each year is something I really look forward to. We had our photo taken in the summer so that part is ready to go. I LOVE the choices you have highlighted. Thanks so much for getting me to think of this now instead of at the last minute.
Thank you, Emily! You read my mind…just what I’ve been looking for :). Lisa
Wow, so many great options to choose from. Thanks for sharing these.
