valentine goodie bags

My friend Rae : she’s amazing. I’ve talked about her on here plenty of times and will continue to showcase her talent because : she’s amazing.

Look what she came up with this time:

You can select from her adorable designs, add your child’s name {or your own, I suppose – how fun would it be to give these to your co-workers? Or your milkman?} and she’ll send you a glassine bag and label as a set. You can order as many as you need for only $.89 each.

Look at all of these darling designs.

Rae came up with a great list of unconventional fillers for the goodie bags: doughnuts or doughnut holes, cocoa powder + marshmallows, s’more fixings, fruit loop necklaces, cake pops, fudge, bark, brittle or caramel, anything mini, or dipped in chocolate {such as rice crispy treats} or colorful macaroons.

Or something with a little less sugar perhaps?  How about:. trail mix, dried fruit, flavored popcorn, granola bars, chocolate covered raisins or pretzels, fruit leathers, or flavored croissants or scones.

Good ideas, yes? I think plain old chocolate would also be a nice filler. Just saying. {I like chocolate}.

    1. Oh my…this is one of those posts that just make me SO excited. I’m 100% going to order right away – and I think the fruit loop necklace idea is super cute. Maybe that for the girls using pretty ribbon and maybe two little toy dinosaurs for the boys? LOVE! And the price is right on those stickers! I like the bag that is wrapped w/ twine.

    2. I read in a magazine years ago… to make red playdough and cut it in a heart shape to give as a valentine treat to your kids friend. It was a great idea that I still use to this day. It would look cute in that bag. Thanks again for the great ideas.

    3. Ok These are super fantastic!!! And I LOVE the name Griffin! Hence my son’s name~ Griffin Xavier! Ok- I think you need to offer an assortment label pack- so we can have variety!

    4. These are so fun! Thanks for sharing them w/ us :)
And this is random, and you were probably just being cute, but I had to ask… where you live do people actually have milk men? That concept just intrigues me and as far as I knew they haven’t been around since way before my time.

      1. So, yes, we do have milkmen around here! There are local dairies that deliver milk to your door. I wish they would deliver it in glass bottles, but they are regular old cartons.

    5. Those are so sweet! What a creative DIFFERENT valentine for kids or anyone really!
Emily–I got my print in the mail last night and I absolutely LOVE it…can’t wait to frame it!!! Thank you again!
